According to the celebrity website Radaronline.com, witnesses reported seeing Dick crash a festival party on April 29, expose himself and make lewd gestures.
Dick reportedly urinated on a display booth backdrop before tearing the whole display down, causing thousands of dollars in damage, RadarOnline and the Orange County Register reported.
Film festival officials have been in contact with Dick's representatives, the Register reported.
Dick has had numerous run-ins with the law. He was booked on suspicion of public toxication earlier this month after Temecula police were called to a Marie Callender's restaurant for reports of an "intoxicated male subject who was causing a disturbance inside the restaurant." Police said he was unable to care for his own safety.
