The four bedroom, 4.5 bath house that singer Katy Perry and actor Russell Brand share in Los Feliz is on the market, reports the Huffington Post.
Located on Cromwell Ave. just north of Los Feliz Blvd., the 4,706-square-foot home sits on .32 acres, and also boasts a swimming pool, 3-car garage and private outdoor spa. It's listed for $3,395,000. A steal!
The LA Times notes that the couple decided to put the house, which they bought in 2009 for $3.25 million, on the market because they've decided to make New York their permanent home.
Built in 1922, photos of the home from its listing at Realtor.com depict a surprisingly classy, grown-up and refined decor in a house owned by a woman known for her penchant for bright pinks and purples and a man known for...um...being Russell Brand.
