Brian Williams anchoring from Burbank tonight

Brian Williams will anchor the "NBC Nightly News" from the network's Burbank bureau tonight in connection with the "Education Nation Los Angeles" series of events.   The newscast will include a profile of Los Angeles Unified School District Superintendent John Deasy.

Williams will also moderate "Job One: Preparing America to Compete in the 21st Century," where some of Southern California's top business and education leaders will share ideas on how to best prepare the region's students and workforce to compete in a global economy.

The event is closed to the public, but will be shown live beginning at 7 p.m. and will also be streamed live on EducationNation.com and NBCLA.com.
