Sidebar at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel Tonight

Sommelier extraordinaire Dana Farner will treat guests to an informal Summer Sommelier Series in sidebar on Monday, June 6. We'll take the conversation to Twitter as well, tweeting tips, photos and answering questions for those that can't join us in person.

Enjoy a taste of each featured wine for $5 or a glass for $10 - Ramey "Hyde Vineyard" Chardonnay, Carneros, California 2006 and the Bridesmaid Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California 2006. Chef Ari Rosenson of CUT by Wolfgang Puck will also prepare a special tasting menu with bites to sample from each region.

The series will continue through the summer; Monday, June 20 will focus on wines from Argentina, July 11 on France and July 25 on Austria, each from 5:30 - 7:30pm.
