Michaele and Tareq Salahi are finally ready to make the big move -- they have loaded up the truck in Virginia  and ready to move to Beverly ... Hills ... that is ... to a big ole mansion with a cement pond!

Sources report to TMZ the Salahis are in final negotiations to lease a house for a cool $20,000/month. The former "Real Housewives" couple wants to move closer to Hollywood because they feel it will be in the best interest of their budding entertainment careers.

According to sources, with plans in the works to have a baby ... the Salahis liked this place because it's in a safe community and has plenty of space for their growing family.

Also, the Salahis really enjoy being in a white house.
