Alternative rock band Alien Ant Farm and British R&B singer Craig David are also on the bill, while other artists will be added in the next few days, according to promoter Global Live Events.
Fans can start "registering their interest for tickets" at www.michaelforevertribute.com. A lottery will determine which fans will be invited to purchase tickets.
The concert in the Wales Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, would be at least four hours long.
TMZ reports that fans in the U.S. may NOT have to cross the pond to catch the LIVE MJ Tribute Concert in October ... Plans are in the works to LIVESTREAM the show at several major arenas around the country.
